Join us to be part of a team that is transforming the life sciences sector, driving innovation, and improving patient outcome.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Assist in stakeholder interviews and workshops, capturing and documenting user needs for ERP implementation projects Participate in discussions between stakeholders and the design team, to understand technical solutions Develop and refine codes to customize and integrate ERP packages, by following detailed design specifications to meet user requirements Perform data migration activities by mapping data fields and executing data cleansing under prescribed guidance, for uninterrupted integration Conduct and document compliance checks against defined guidelines, to ensure ERP systems align with industry standards and security protocols Draft clear and concise documentation detailing steps followed for ERP package customization, to support user training for the team Your contribution to the team: An agile mindset with effective communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to work on majority of the areas as part of ERP package implementation, with sector focus Passion for innovating solutions that drive progress and meet future challenges. A proactive approach to monitoring and resolving production issues Commitment to continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and fostering team developmentRequired Skill and ExperienceMust have good knowledge in following IM areas: Inventory Management, Stock transfers, Special stocks, Stock types, Physical Inventory, Account Determination and ValuationMust have good knowledge in following WM areas: WM Master Data, Inbound / Outbound delivery processing, Transfer Orders, Cycle Counts, Inventory reconciliation, Shipping and Transportation Management, Mobile Data Entry and RF units, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, Transportation Units, Production IntegrationPreferred Skill and ExperienceGood understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain is preferredGood Analytical and Communication skillsAbility and willingness to work with global teams across time zones. Hands on experience in warehousing operations is a plusWillingness to work in night shifts and weekends on need basis. SAP EWM / WM/ MM certifications a big plus.Experience and desire to work in a shopfloor environment.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
