Your Role as a Sales Representative:

Client Engagement

Build meaningful relationships with clients, providing expert guidance to secure their financial future.

Detailed Documentation

Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions to keep everything running smoothly.

Insurance Expertise

Educate clients on a range of life and health insurance options, explaining policy features, costs, and benefits. Help them make informed decisions that align with their personal and financial goals.

Needs Analysis & Policy Review

Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in coverage and recommend the best insurance products. Regularly review existing policies to ensure continued alignment with client objectives.

What You’ll Do:

• Sell financial products like Indexed Universal Life (IUL) policies, annuities, and life insurance plans including term, whole life, and universal life.
• Connect with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling!) to offer customized financial solutions.
• Run virtual consultations via Zoom or phone to present our services.
• Educate clients on life and health insurance options in clear, simple terms.
• Exceed sales goals and earn uncapped commissions. 
• Keep detailed records of your sales and client interactions.
